He was predeceased by: his parent John W. Collier; and his grandson Rick Collier. He is survived by: his parent Cora Coleman Collier; his children, Steve Collier of Chicora, Sheri Raffel of Butler, Kathie Hodgkiss of Chicora, Kris Bowser (Michael) of Slippery Rock and Joyce Collier of Butler; his grandsons, Matt, Rob Collier, Nick, Ryan Raffel, Dan Hodgkiss, Josh and Andrew Bowser; his siblings, Sylvia Edie of New Philadelphia, Ohio and David of Chicora; and also, Margaret "Peg" Hartzel of Chicora and Eugene Grantz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
