He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin J. Sr. Donaldson and Elizabeth F. Donaldson; and his siblings, Benjamin Jr., John, James, Francis, Sally and Karen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Barnhart Rattigan; his sons, Todd R. Rattigan Sr. (Catie), Scott M. Rattigan (Sarah) and Marc B. Rattigan (Heather); his grandchildren, Todd Jr., Ethan, Mackenzie, Ryan, Will, Hannah, Halle, Shane and Harlie; his brother Robert Rattigan (Hazel); and his sisters-in-law, Rose Ann "Sis" and Joan Rattigan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers in law and sisters in law.
