He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Steiner and Marie Rodgers Steiner; and his siblings, Eugene, Donald Steiner, Louise Crawford and Rosemary Young.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Jerry" Morrison Steiner; his children, Penny Mourer (Gary) of Chicora, Michael Steiner (Kim) of Chicora, Matthew Steiner (Lisa) of Chicora and Jill Ealy (Dan) of Chicora; his great grandchildren, Taylor Olszak (Evan), Tatum Callender (Josh), Jeremiah Mourer, Penny Marshall (Craig), Meredith Steiner, Hanna Steiner, Natalie Bandura (Brady), Nathan Ealy (Paige), Ben Ealy (Katelyn), Camden Ealy, Ella, Lucia, Payton, Peter, Bria, Austen, Rupert and Clementine; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Steiner (Linda) of Chicora, Agnes Gray of East Brady, Donna Sheakley of Karns City and Diana Rumbaugh (Bernard) of Chicora; and his siblings-in-law, Connie, Floyd Olczak of Natrona Heights, Patty, Paul Olean of Freeport, Barbara Morrison of Kittanning and Margaret Steiner of Chicora. He is also survived by "Pappy" to his ten grandchildren.
