She is survived by: her husband Harry; her children, Tammy Hazlett (Jim) of Chicora, PA and Todd Hovis (Teresa) of Chicora, PA; her grandchildren, Shane Johnston (Kim), Cortney, Keiana Hovis and TJ Hovis; her great grandchild Gage Johnston; and her siblings, John Miller of Fenelton, PA, Kevin Miller of Slippery Rock, PA, Margaret Humphrey of Slippery Rock, PA and Connie LaMotte (Darrell) of Herman, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
