She was predeceased by: her parent Lewis W. Fugini. She is survived by: her parent Bertha M. Patsy Fugini; and her siblings, Linda L. Draper Fugini (Ronald D.) of Chesapeake Beach, Karen A. Fugini of Ebensburg and Richard L. Fugini (Min Jae) of Ravenna, Ohio. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary Jo's name may be made to the Chicora Community Library, 160 Medical Center Road, Chicora, PA 16025.
