She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stoops and Esther Kepple Stoops; her husband Clifford Ortz; her daughter Gloria Jean Ortz; and her siblings, Theordore Stoops and Evelyn Stoops Earley.
She is survived by: her siblings, William Stoops (Regina) of Salem, James Stoops (Donna) of Franklin and Lois Hilliard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, brothers in law and sisters in law.
