We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2023, at the age of 97, Lois Annette Hilliard of Chicora, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Annette Hilliard to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stoops and Esther Stoops (Kepple); her former husband William G. Elder; her husband Roy Hilliard; her siblings, Theodore Stoops (Joan), Evelyn Earley (Harvey) and Mary Ortz (Clifford); and her siblings-in-law, Glenn and Lois Bowser (Elder).

She is survived by: her brothers, William Stoops (Regina) of Salem and James Stoops (Donna) of Franklin, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She lived there until she contracted covid in December 2020.
