He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Foster and Viola Mae Garris Foster; his wife Glea L. Bearfield Foster; his brothers, William C. "Bill" Foster and Frederick W. "Fred" Foster; and his parents-in-law, Willis D. and Mabel Swartz Bearfield.
He is survived by: his sister Martha Craig (Allen) of Humbolt, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Wade D. Bearfield of Rimersburg, Geri Foster and Jeanne Foster. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
