He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Henry McIntire and Frances McIntire (Smith); and his sister Sarah Mae Shumaker. He is survived by: his wife Catherine J. McIntire (Duceour) of Gilpin Township; and his children, Jack E. McIntire (Sue) of Gilpin Township, Russell L. McIntire (Jennifer) of Butler and Teri A. Shaffer (Greg) of Allegheny Township. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
