We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2018, at the age of 93, Helen McDowell Phillips (Chicora, Pennsylvania), born in Butler, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey H. Phillips; her sons, David H. Phillips, John P. Phillips (Michele) and James R. Phillips (Tanya); her brother James McDowell; her brother-in-law Donald O. Oesterling; and her nephews, Matthew Oesterling and Peter Oesterling (Judy).
She is survived by: her sister Ann McDowell Oesterling (Donald); her grandchildren, Kellen Phillips (Melanie), Sean Phillips, Tiffany Monk (Steve), Sarah Phillips and Josh Phillips; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Westen and John; her niece Dawn Oesterling Prebula (Gary); and her nephew Michael Oesterling (Penny).
