He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Ealy and Gertrude Ace Ealy; his granddaughter Miriam Joy Ealy; and his siblings, Helen Jamison, Alene Thompson, Paul, Dale and Dick Ealy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Andre Ealy; his sons, Phillip G. Ealy (Linda) of Lincoln, Timothy E. Ealy (Marcy) of Chicora, Daniel P. Ealy (Jill) of Chicora and Joel D. Ealy of Hellertown; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Ealy (Sarah), Janel Wildermuth (Eric), Melinda Peters (Ben), Brianna Ealy, Natalie Bandura (Brady), Nathan Ealy, Benjamin Ealy, Camden Ealy, Phoebe Ealy and Skye Ealy; his great grandchild Braydon; his sister Alice "Katie" Scott (Bob) of Grove City; and his sister-in-law Dorine Young of Butler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
