He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Eugene and Elsie Alberta Mortimer Yough; his wife Harriet Yough; his son Rodney "Skeet" Yough; and his siblings, Donna Edwards, Gary Yough, Marilyn and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Roome (Stan) of Asheville, NC, Ginger Roupe (Chuck) of The Villages, FL and Matthew Yough (Georgia) of Chicora; his grandsons, Nathan Roupe of The Villages, FL, Bill Roome (Brandy) of Asheville, NC, Matthew Yough of Chicora and Tyler Yough of Chicora; his great grandchild James Roome of Asheville, NC; and his siblings, Darla Fennell of Chicora, Beverly King (Chuck) of Chicora, Rita Cumberland of Butler and Dennis Yough of Chicora. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
