He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin "Tub" Fennell and Thelma Stroup Fennell; and his siblings, Judy Gibson and Eddie Fennell. He is survived by: his wife Pam Fennell; his daughters, Meredith Fennell Deal (Larry) of Butler, PA and Megan Moore (Carl) of Salisbury, NC; his grandchildren, Rhyan Deal, Maddox Moore, Hayden Deal and Mavrick Moore; and his sister Kim Hackbarth (Doug) of Bruin, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
