She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Fisher of Grove City, PA, Betty Elliott of Clintonville, PA, Velma Shook, Carl Shook (Lou) of Butler, PA, Dale Shook (Mary) of West Sunbury, PA and Dennis Shook (Mary Ann) of Butler, PA; and her sister-in-law Shirley Shook of Butler, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
