He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy "Sonny" and Deloris Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cicala Lowery; his sister Maryann Oleniacz of Pittsburgh; his daughter Marcie Friel (Joseph) of Chicora; and his grandchildren, Josh of Butler, Jacob, David and Rachel of Chicora.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Dave, the family asks that you donate your time and help our country's veterans in the Veterans Administration system.
