He was predeceased by: his wife Martina S. "Tina" Parsons (Preisner); his son Jeffrey A.; his grandson Jacob Parsons; his parents, Ewing "Jack" Pascal and Helen Lillian Parsons (Hampton); his brother Donald Parsons; and his daughter-in-law Tina Parsons.

He is survived by: his sons, Patrick D. Parsons (Michelle) of Chicora, PA, Charles E. Parsons and Mark A. Parsons; his grandchildren, Bradley Parsons of Savannah, GA and Amelia Parsons of Chicora, PA; and his siblings, Patricia Szalla of Export, PA, Janey Alway of Zephyrhills, FL, James Parsons of Metairie, LA and Theodore Parsons of Springhill, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
