Kaczmarek, Jr. and Nancy Jean Kaczmarek (Crouch) of Kingsport, Tennessee.; his wife Charlana "Charlie" Kaczmarek of Chicora; his sons, Jack, Briggs and Geno; his sisters, Laurie McNany (Jake) of East Brady and Rebecca Kaczmarek (Lee Oliver) of Tennessee; his grandparents, Charles Kaczmarek (Nancy) of Cabot and Marlene Crouch of Butler; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Kim Buck of Chicora; his brother-in-law Levi Buck (Ashley) of Wexford; and his aunts and uncles, John Dorgan (Cathy) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Janie Ciontea (Jay) of Sandwich and Michael Kaczmarek of Butler. He is also survived by loving husband and a devoted father to his three boys.
