He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence M. "Bud" Bowser; and his brother William Alan "Bill" Bowser. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Bowser (Young) of Huey; and his siblings, Lawrence "Aaron" Bowser (Laurie) of Rimersbug and Laura J. Rodgers of Rimersburg.
