She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford L. Adams and Ella Jean Mackey Adams; her husband Jerry L. Anthony, Sr.; and her sister Dorothy McCarl. She is survived by: her children, Tammy L. Blair of Stateville, NC, Clifford W. Anthony (Jessica) and Jerry L. Anthony, Jr. (Melissa) of Butler; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kayla, Jimmy, Clifford, Eric, Savannah and Anthony; and her brother Frank Adams (Diane) of Karns City. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
