She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gajewski and Anna Hastings Gajewski; her husband Joseph A. Macurak; and her sister Sylvia Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Joseph J. Macurak (Karen) of Karns City, James Macurak (Debbie) of Karns City, Jerry Macurak (Diane) of Bruin, John Steven Macurak (Ellen) of Sligo, Jeannette Macurak of Erie and Beverly Filges (Jim) of Chicora; and her brother Richard Gajewski (Carolyn) of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
