He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hayes and Mary Donahue Hayes; and his siblings, William Hayes, Irene Fellers and Margaret Batishko.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Lorent Hayes; his children, Kenneth Hayes (Karen Feldman), Doris Hayes Federoff of Cheswick and Gail Ferrari (Daniel) of Cheswick; his grandchildren, Atalie, Evan, Daniel, Emily, Katie, Jake, Jessica and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Kennedy, Lucy, Hugo, Christopher, Nicholas and Benjamin.
