He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Dilts and Ethilda Armstrong Dilts; and his siblings, Arthur B. Dilts, Thomas A. Dilts and Nancy Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann; his sons, John Dilts (Lisa) of Middleburg, FL and James Dilts (Shelley) of Vandergrift; his siblings, Ada J. Walsh of Fox Chapel and Robert Dilts (Jan) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Kaylie Dilts, Jenna Dilts, Hunter Dilts, Jack Dilts, Carter Dilts and Kara Dilts; his great grandchildren, Kenli Worthing and Tyler Worthing; his nieces, Debbie Brown and Joanie Dilts; and his nephew Tommy.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all memorial donations be made in Richard's name to the Kiski Area Education Foundation, 200 Poplar Street, Vandergrift, PA 15690.
