He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Pongrance and Susan Pongrance; his wife Sylvia Pongrance (Kusbit); his daughter Lynne Pongrance; and his sister Evelyn Metal.

He is survived by: his son Paul Pongrance of Cheswick.
