He is survived by: his wife Denise Robinson Thompson; his children, Tracey, Joseph (Sha'Rhonda), Raedina and Elan Thompson; his grandchildren, TaNicka Thompson, Tiaonna Brooks, Evan Broome, Joseph Brooks, Jazzmin Thompson, Myeah Thompson, Eric Garza, Jolie Miles and Joseph Clarck; and his half-brother Paul Thompson. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
