He is survived by: his children, Joani Zelazowski and John Zelazowski (Veronica); his grandchildren, Billy, Ashley, Alyssa and Mia; his wife Pam Zelazowski; his stepchildren, Chad Gay, Corey Gay (Michelle) and Cristen Walker; his stepgrandchildren, Jordin Walker (Rita) and Bailee Eggleston (Brandon); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Colt and Zoa.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles B. Jarvie Cheswick Funeral Home Inc. (1607 Pittsburgh St, Cheswick, PA 15024). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Deer Creek Cemetery (902 Russellton Rd, Cheswick, PA 15024).
