He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Patricia Frechette-Cotton. He is survived by: his parents, John Kristof Jr. and Carole Kristof (Evans); his brother Dave Kristof (Lauren); his uncles, Bob Kristof (Joan) and Rob Evans (Julie); his nieces and nephews, Adam, Nicole, Chelsea Kristof, Jay, Addison, Brady and Felecia Frechette; and his brothers-in-law, Jim (Conner), Andy (Denise) and Frank Frechette (Cherie).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's memory to The Lustgarten Foundation, lustgarten.org, in support of Pancreatic Cancer Research which John so fervently battled with dignity.
