He was predeceased by: his parents, John Durkot and Margaret Hudak Durkot. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Durkot of Monroeville, Matthew Durkot of Hampton Twp, Rachel of Phoenix, Arizona. and Rebecca Durkot of Phoenix, Arizona.; his sister Marjorie Carlyle of Cheswick; and his nieces, Katherine McHenry and Elizabeth Carlyle.
