He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Chelecki and Helen D. Chelecki (Verb); his siblings, J. Charles Chelecki and Deborah Young; and his niece Roseann T. Chelecki.
He is survived by: his brother Ronald R. Chelecki (Cheryl) of Fredonia, NY; his sister-in-law Mary Chelecki of Sarver; and his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Christina, Courtney, Katie, Jennifer, Crystal, John, Cheri and Angel.
