She was predeceased by: her father Marty. She is survived by: her mother Rose Ann Patrick of Greensburg; her daughter Nadia Cole (Zachary Nicholson) of Bradenville; and her siblings, Kenneth Stape of Greensburg and Melissa Stape of Greensburg. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset funeral costs.
