He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuczynski and Bertha Kuczynski; his wife Mary Bernabei Kuczynski; his brothers, Stanley and Edward Kuczynski; and his sister-in-law Marie Kuczynski.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Kuczynski Mandic; his sister Bertha Molnar; his grandsons, Brian Mandic and Brad Mandic (Jennifer May); and his siblings-in-law, Rose Kuczynski and Rudy Melani. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
