He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin McDade and Grace McDade; and his sister Julia Thompson (late Jim). He is survived by: his spouse Jean McDade (Lusk); and his sons, Douglas McDade (Jean), Daniel McDade (Victoria), Harold McDade, Jr. (Diane) and Donald McDade (Paula).
