She was predeceased by: her parents, William Guffey and Rose Guffey; her sisters, Norma Capomacchia and Dorothy Moore; and her former husband Ralph Butera, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Michael Butera (Michelle) of New Kensington, Terry Butera (Karen) of Naples, LuAnne Welsh (Jim) of Oakmont and Ralph Butera III of Pittsburgh.
