He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lazzari (Leskovic); his children, Deanne Lazzari (Walter), Deana Snyder (Jeff) and Mike Lazzari (Nicole Ficorilli); his grandchildren, Dylan, Lacey Emily, Justin, Brandon, Mickey, Maylee and Kennedy; his sisters, Maureen and Debbie Lazzari; and his pet Hooch. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
