He is survived by: his son Lance R. Gilligan of Tarentum; his daughter-in-law Kerry Hutchens of New Kensington; his granddaughter Kaylyn A. Gilligan of Tarentum; and his great grandchildren, Josie M. and Gracie L. Butcher.
