She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Berkoben. She is survived by: her husband William W. Van Horn Jr.; her sister-in-law Prudence Berkoben of New Kensington; her sisters, Jean Blanchard (Harold) of Louisiana and Florence McCaskey of California; her nieces, Lisa Burns, Michelle Hamre and Kim Cunningham; and her close friend Margie Vasser. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
