He was predeceased by: his brothers, Robert Thorpe, Donny Ray Fisher and Kenny Shae. He is survived by: his parents, Scott J. Livingston of Fredericksburg, VA and Brenda Thorpe Fisher; his children, Matthew Livingston of Masontown, PA, Maycie, Madison Livingston of South Carolina and Willow Waters of Washington, PA; his siblings, Tommy Fisher, Jr., Fiancee', Kendall Cunningham, Scott Thorpe of Royal, PA, Brandon Webster of Woodbridge, VA, Nathan, Tyler Livingston of Fredericksburg, VA, Samantha Fisher, Jajuan Graham of Royal Pa and Addison Livingston of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandmothers, Beverly Livingston and Anna Fisher; his aunt Carolyn Livingston of Woodbridge, VA; and his close friend Jessica Branson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
