We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joseph J. Mullen of Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Mullen and Agnes B. Mullen; his children, Kathleen and Matthew Mullen; and his siblings, Thomas, John Mullen, Nancy Oswald and Mary Notarfrancesco.

He is survived by: his spouse Winfred "Winnie" E. Mullen; his grandchildren, Emily McKain and Drew Decker; his children, Linda McKain, Joanne Murphy, Cynthia Decker and Brian Mullen (Betty Ann Bachert); and his sister Patricia Sears. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to KenCrest Services for Disabled Adults, Youth & Children, Pennsylvania.
