He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah E. Williams (Hubbard); his parents, Maxwell Addison Williams and Parma Williams (Pollock); and his siblings, Bonnie DiRenzo and Kirk.
He is survived by: his children, Audrey H. Buckley and Kenneth B. Williams; his siblings, Parma Otterpohl and Brad Williams (Laurie O'Neal); his grandchildren, Christa Buckley, Ryan Buckley, Laurie Buckley, Marley Williams, Max Williams and Megan Montoya; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Falini, Devyn Falini, Brooke Falini, Alaina Falini, Callie Buckley, Theo Lewis and Sutton Jurczyk.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Society for Pennsylvania Archeology (SPA Chapter 21) in Wesley's name.
