He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Riggins and Louise Riggins (Kredatus); and his wife Florence Riggins (Watson). He is survived by: his children, Georgiana Byrne, Florence L. Fritz (Todd) and Raymond J. Riggins, Jr.. He is also survived by seven loving grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
