He was predeceased by: his father William J. Svitak of Norwood, PA.. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Polites (Samantha Branco); his daughters, Peyton, Rylee and Jordyn; his brother William Svitak (Liz); his niece Nellie; and his aunt Chrissie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
