It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene L. Watson of Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Phillips and Pearl Haydt Phillips-Handwerk; her husband Edward Thomas Watson; her son Edward Thomas Watson Jr.; and her siblings, Llewellen, Marie, Mary Jane, David, Eleanor, Roy, LaRue and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Watson, Marlene Medley (Major Medley), Sherrod Watson and Ruth Ann Medley; her daughter-in-law Michele (Watson); her grandchildren, Marcella (Anthony), Rebecca (Brian), Mark (Brianna), Edward Jr., Shawn and Lauren (Greg); her brother Jake Handwerk; and her sister-in-law Louise Lewis (Helen Watson).
