She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Layton; her grandchild Nyeme Amir Layton; and her nephew Damion Layton (Maria). She is survived by: her husband Rodney Smith; her children, Joseph Layton (Devin) and Kalitta Layton (Milo); her grandchildren, Nazja Long (Desmond), Mynazja Layton, Joseph Layton Jr., Savannah Layton and Noah Layton; her great grandchildren, Rah'Mir Hill Jr., Ra'Zhae Layton, Serenity Mae Long and Nevaeh Ariella Long; her sister Francine Layton; and her nephew Andre Layton.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Knoetgen - Donohue Funeral Home - Morton (746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070).
