She is survived by: her children, Nadine Brown of Chester, Richard Brown (Kristi) of Wyncote, James Brown (Shelia) of Woodbridge, Madina Chase (Charles) of New Castle and Genareo Brice (Sherrell) of Richmond, Virginia; her siblings, Bobby Brown (Jean) of San Antonio and Jacqueline Carter (late Clarence) of Newark, Delaware; her grandchildren, Michael, William (Shay), Garry, Sheneika, Vaniqua, Genareo, Jr., James, Jr., Christopher, Kyle (Bianca), Trae, Shaneirah (Deshaun) and Shakeirah; her close friend Wendall Patterson; and her caregiver Monique Smith.
