He was predeceased by: his father Jesse L. Blevins; his sisters, Esther Nones and Helen Choate; and his niece Kim Krause. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blevins; and his nieces and nephews, Sandi McKay, Cheryl Kreckel, Bob Nones, Jay, Kelly Orfetel, Karen Taylor and Rick Choate.
