He was predeceased by: his wife Elkay Lundy; his daughter Patricia Jones; and his grandsons, Louis Lindsay and Joshua Jones. He is survived by: his children, George A. Lundy Jr., Edward Lundy, Dale Lundy (Michael), Sandra Lundy, Barbara Lundy-Whiting (Bobbie) and Denise Lundy; his stepsons, Andrew Lewis, Sylvester Lewis and Abraham E. Powell; and his grandchildren, Jaquetta Rayman (Kenneth), James Jones Jr. (Ruthy), Jamar Jones (Michelle), Latasha Broome (Lincoln), Sonya Lindsay, Jerimiah Jones and Michael Lundy.
