He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Mathews and Warren Mathews. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Mathews; his children, Danielle Mathews, Gary Mathews Jr. (Lisa), Trevor Mathews, Kallissa Mathews, Brayden Mathews, Chloe Mathews, Chayse Mathews and Dylan Mathews; and his family Wildwood. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
