He was predeceased by: his parents, Grahame Wood, Sr. and Emilie L. Wood; and his sister Sybil K. Borden. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica L. Wood; his son-in-law Justin L. Brumley (Bonnie H. Collins); the mother of his child Debra L. Gentile-Wood; and his siblings, Grahame Wood, Jr., Emilie W. Corbin, Christopher W. Wood Sr. and Dorothea S. "Dodie" Wood.
