He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Wertz and Lula Doulin Wertz; his son Brian Wertz; and his sisters, Helen Graham, Bertha Miles, Ella Rankin, Florence McClune, Irish and Raini.
He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn D. Worth Wertz; his children, Craig Wertz (Cynthia Greer) of Gordonville and Diane Levenson of Lancaster; and his daughter-in-law Sherry Wertz of Quarryville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Brian Wertz to the Quarryville Fire Company, 217 East State Street, Quarryville, PA 17566.
