It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Boulware of Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Mattox and John Spencer; her children, Luther Boulware Jr. and Doris Boulware; and her sister-in-law Sara White-Franklin.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Denise Boulware; her niece Dana Winsley; her son Hilliard Boulware; her stepson Raymond Boulware; her grandchildren, Marvin Thomas and Shameka Boulware; her sisters, Ruth Mattox and Ellen Cheers; her daughter-in-law Bernadette Thomas; her brother-in-law Townsend Boulware; and her grandchildren, Rasheem, April, Bruce, Tamika, Sharron, Luther III, Danielle, Ahmad, Brianna and Zakiah. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
