He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavius "Toby" Catherine and Dorothy "Dot" Catherine (Whitehead); his sister Janet Rose Pryde; and his nephew Thomas L. Pryde. He is survived by: his niece Susan Wall (Chip); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie Reno (Collin), Ryan Wall and Matthew Wall; his nieces, Shirley Rowles (Davis), Gloria Baxter and Jean Ann Rubino (David); his nephews, Joseph Valenza (Rita), Ronald Valenza (Nancy), Richard Valenza (Jaret) and Denny Davis; his siblings-in-law, Delores Valenza and Thomas R. Pryde; his brother Dennis Davis (Shirley) of Florida; and also Lauren.
